About
My name is Tamara Robinson-MacLeod and I am a Registered Psychologist. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration. I see it as a true privilege to walk alongside my clients, helping them to explore their emotions, build resilience, and discover their inner strengths. My therapeutic approach is trauma informed and multimodal, drawing on my qualifications and professional development. I utilise Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment based interventions. I aim to tailor my support to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. I believe deeply in the power of connection and the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard and valued.
I have a wealth of experience in private practice, health services, and non-government organisations. I have supported people of all ages through a wide range of life challenges—including anxiety, depression, family relational difficulties, trauma, and school or work-related concerns.
